  1. That`s not even a discussion in my eyes.
Reallife is more important than videogames. Period.
Especially if it's your own kids?!?!? And even if it wasn't. If my dog brings me his toy while I stream, I will take time to throw it. If my food order is at the door, i will drop the controller as if it's a very hot potato.

  2. You did it to yourselves. The moment gamers sold the idea that it is ok to be competitive in video games like it is a real life sport event or job promotion between the best employees or something. What makes it worse is it is a casual game like this and not a online fighting game like Street Fighter.

  3. The guy complaining is in the wrong, kids are unpredictable, you shouldnt say "parents should play different games" just cus they might have to go afk for one part of a game, this guys an asshole and is so upset over one game. Also, shit talking other streamers is just gonna tune people away from your stream cus ur promoting a toxic streaming environment. I understand how he feels, but for a reason like "my kid needs something" a KID, a CHILD comes over EVERYTHING. if you are working at mcdonalds or an office job, YOU ARENT WATCHING UR KIDS. if youre streaming, youre working from home. The guy complaining needs to go touch grass smh

  4. Realistically, I hate people who do choose to waste my time because they quit or DC so I understand the points of others wanting payback. This is ONE of the few cases where you need to know not everyone has context for the full situation. If you had started the video by showing the POV of a guy who was angry because a easy kill/DC means you're probably gonna lose, then shown context I would be more understanding.

Please note that a father taking care of his child before a game is always more important, but you can't expect everyone to know that's what he's doing when he takes a break from a game.

  5. Fuck dbd if his daughter needs something ofc he’s gonna get it for her.
I get getting mad for teammates giving up on hook but if you get the Info that he left for his daughter say sorry I get it and move on, your Ego has to be damaged to double down after getting told what happened

  6. I agree with the Dad side a little more but i can understand the other guys frustration (even though his examples are silly lol) but my point is how old is the Dad's kids age? Like over ten i think she/he can get a drink themselves, no? Unless they're sick or disabled in some way then age doesn't matter obviously imo.

Edit: but i definitely don't agree how the kid less streamer approach the situation. He should have talked about it civilly

  7. Did anyone else catch that the wife was sitting around watching her husband's stream but couldn't get up to get her kid a drink?! Crazy!!

I don't message other people about video games because of two reasons: 1. I'm terrible at most games. 2. I just play for fun, so I don't play in ranked type of matches (R6).

But I do take being a good teammate very seriously. I care more about making other players experience him more than my own. I would rather all my teammates to escape, as long as they don't teabag, and I die than me escaping.

  8. Nah no idea who's in the wrong here. On one hand, his kid was thirsty and needed a drink, but on the other, he's in the middle of a match of a video game… I dunno man.

  9. Which streamer is wrong? The streamer who died on hook because he was being a good parent and taking care of his kid or the streamer who's so butthurt over a video game that he tells the other streamer and his wife to neglect their kid? Choices choices.

  10. Some people really need to learn to admit they are in the wrong when confronted with the truth of a situation, if you're streaming and your child needs something ofcourse you'll help your child. It's the same like when you suddenly hear anything you love, like your dog or cat suddenly yowl you will also be like 'hold on guys let me go check on them' and even then it's completely fine to do so. DBD is just a game, yet i get why it's frustrating for people to leave but that does not make it right to just stick to your point and try to defend your point when it comes to helping out a kid

  11. This is a perfect example of the mindset between a person with no kids vs a person with kids. It's clear as day that the guy has ZERO clue what it means to be responsible for another human being.
